What goes into each piece

All FLWR HAUS pieces are made from premium Italian crepe paper — a high-quality, tissue-weight paper with a natural crinkle texture that beautifully mimics the delicate surface of real petals. I also use floral wire, floral tape, and occasionally metallic accents for stamens and centers.

Both. I source crepe paper in a wide range of colors, and I also hand-dye and blend colors using alcohol inks and watercolors to achieve the exact palette each piece calls for. This is what gives each flower its unique depth and variation.

Sizes vary by design. Most statement blooms range from 8 to 18 inches in diameter. Smaller accent flowers can be 3–5 inches. Custom sizing is always available — just mention your space requirements when you inquire.

Paper flowers are designed for indoor display only. Humidity, direct sunlight, and moisture will damage the paper over time. For outdoor events, I recommend placing them in a covered, shaded area and avoiding any contact with water.

Keeping your piece beautiful

Keep your flowers away from direct sunlight, humidity, and water. Display them in a dry indoor environment. Avoid touching the petals frequently, as the natural oils from skin can cause discoloration over time.

Use a soft, dry makeup brush or a can of compressed air (held at a distance) to gently remove dust. Never use a damp cloth or spray any liquid directly on the flowers.

With proper care — kept out of direct sunlight and away from moisture — your flowers should maintain their color for many years. UV exposure is the primary cause of fading, so a shaded indoor spot is ideal.

Minor bends and creases can sometimes be gently coaxed back into shape with your fingers. For more significant damage, reach out to me directly at [email protected] and I'll do my best to advise or arrange a repair.

How to commission a piece

All orders begin with an inquiry. Send me an email at [email protected] with details about what you're looking for — the type of flower, size, color palette, and intended use. I'll get back to you within 2–3 business days to discuss the details.

All pieces are made to order. Please allow 2–4 weeks from the time your order is confirmed and deposit is received. Rush orders may be available for an additional fee — please inquire.

Yes. A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin work on your order. The remaining balance is due before shipping.

Currently I ship within the United States. International shipping may be available for select orders — please reach out to discuss your location and I'll let you know what's possible.

Absolutely — custom commissions are my favorite. Whether you have a specific flower in mind (peonies, poppies, dahlias, magnolias) or a color palette from your home or event, I can work with you to design something entirely unique.

Because every piece is made to order, I do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged, please photograph it immediately and contact me within 48 hours at [email protected] so we can resolve the issue.
